Thunder & Neon Signage - Delivering Precision Using Cutting Edge Technology
At Thunder & Neon Group, we pride ourselves on utilizing cutting-edge technology to create signs that stand out in both design and functionality. We invest in the latest advancements in signage technology to ensure that every project we undertake is crafted with precision, durability, and impact.
We utilize the Hyde NEOVAX 520 CLX neon processing system, engineered for ultimate purity, speed, and consistency. This advanced system ensures optimal performance, job after job, tube after tube. It's the only system of its kind in Sri Lanka, with a U.S. origin where neon technology was pioneered.
Our Laser Welder & MoldWelder features an electronically controlled laser head with 360° rotation, perfect for working on stainless steel, titanium, and GI iron sheets.
We also employ a YAG Laser Cutting Machine with German technology, offering high precision (0.15mm cutting accuracy) and efficient cutting speeds up to 15m/min. This system, powered by Japan's YASKAWA servo motors, is ideal for materials such as titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc, and carbon steel.
For engraving, our CNC Engraver delivers precise results with an engraving accuracy of 0.001mm. It boasts a maximum height of 130mm, controlled by advanced Japanese and Italian components.
Our Channel Letter Bender utilizes a high-speed, servo-controlled system for precise bending and slotting, ensuring flawless results every time. At Thunder & Neon Group, we combine cutting-edge technology and expert craftsmanship to deliver high-quality, reliable signage solutions.
